Qualification – Any Graduation
Computer Knowledge – Invoice Make, Excel Work, Mail Drafting.
Salary – 15k To 25k
Total Years Of Experience – 6 Months To 2 Years
Job Summary:
Manage and coordinate the dispatch operations to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery of goods, providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatches.
- Allocate drivers, vehicles, and routes.
- Ensure on-time delivery and pickup.
1 Communication
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide delivery updates and resolve issues.
1. Route Optimization
- Plan routes to minimize transit times and costs.
- Utilize logistics software (TMS, WMS).
1. Documentation
- Maintain accurate records (PODs, invoices, etc.).
- Manage dispatch documentation.
1. Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Meet dispatch and delivery targets.
1. Compliance
- Ensure adherence to transportation regulations.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
