Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Cleaning Staff to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, as well as performing general cleaning duties throughout the facility to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Key Responsibilities: Dishwashing Duties: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, sanitized, and stored properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area. Remove garbage regularly and sanitize bins. Monitor dishwashing supplies and notify supervisor of inventory needs. Cleaning Duties: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in kitchen and common areas. Clean and disinfect restrooms, staff rooms, and other public areas. Wipe down surfaces, walls, windows, and equipment as needed. Empty and clean trash cans throughout the facility. Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or directed by management. Qualifications: Previous experience as a dishwasher or cleaner (preferred but not required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
