You will be joining Radha Wines Wholesale Distributors as a Stock Auditor, where your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records for all liquor products in the warehouse. Your tasks will include conducting regular audits, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring that all stock movements are properly documented according to company standards and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting physical counts of wine stock, reconciling counts with system records, monitoring stock levels, identifying items that need reordering, and maintaining proper rotation of stock to uphold product freshness. You will collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to align stock availability with demand, forecast supply and demand, and prevent overstocking or running out-of-stock situations. In terms of documentation and reporting, you will be required to prepare detailed audit reports, maintain accurate records of stock movements, adjustments, and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to liquor storage, handling, and distribution. Moreover, you will update inventory management systems, investigate discrepancies identified during audits, and work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory issues promptly. Collaboration with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams will be essential for smooth operations and accurate inventory management. Ensuring health and safety compliance will also be a part of your role, where you will need to adhere to safety standards in inventory handling practices, especially concerning the storage of alcoholic beverages. You will also assist in implementing proper security measures to prevent theft or loss of stock. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have proven experience in inventory management or auditing, particularly in the beverage or wholesale distribution industry. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, familiarity with inventory management systems, and knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to alcohol distribution are essential. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong organizational and time-management skills, handle pressure, and meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with further education in business or logistics considered a plus. Experience in the wine or beverage industry, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and a willingness to travel are preferred additional skills. This full-time permanent position offers a monthly salary range of INR 20,000 to INR 60,000, based on 2 to 7 years of experience. You will need to visit various Godown locations such as Bhiwandi, TPadgha, Taloja, Kurla, Bhandupc, and Ulhasnagar. The job also includes benefits like paid sick time, day shifts, and a willingness to travel 50% of the time. The work location is in person.,
