As a Conga CPQ Consultant/Developer at CirrusLabs in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering complex Conga CPQ solutions independently to meet various customer needs. Your role will involve configuring advanced pricing structures, implementing dynamic pricing models, and developing validation logic and business rules to manage product configuration, inclusion/exclusion logic, and discount controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ functionality, pricing logic, and configuration rules, as well as provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and team members. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ, a strong understanding of the CPQ pricing engine and configuration capabilities, and proficiency in configuring price rules, price matrices, discount schedules, and pricing callbacks. Experience with Turbo Pricing in Conga CPQ and expertise in Apex development for writing validation logic and constraint rules are essential. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, will be key to your success. Preferred qualifications include Conga CPQ certification or relevant Conga Cloud experience, prior exposure to Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, or the Salesforce ecosystem, and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
