* Prepare and deliver discharge summaries within specified turnaround times
* Ensure that all discharge summaries are error-free, both clinically and non-clinically, and have been verified by the treating consultant
* Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative personnel to gather necessary information for the discharge summaries
* Maintain and update registers for tracking discharge summary completion times and ensure provision of summaries to relevant departments
