Job Description:- To preparing and delivering summaries for all patients from the time of intimation To ensure that all the prepared Discharge Summaries are errorfree (Clinical & Non-Clinical) and verified by the treating Consultant To adhere to all the guidelines defined by the hospital without any deviation To ensure provision of Discharge Summaries to the Consent department and resolution of any queries as and when applicable Requirements Any Bachelor's degree/Master Degree Minimum of 3 year of experience in Discharge Summary in the hospital industry Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location: In person
