The Role: Director Technology

This role is for a builder, an innovator, a torchbearer of tech excellence.

Were looking for someone who can architect scalable systems, lead cutting-edge innovation, and align technology with our larger impact goals across education, fintech, and financial wellness.

You will be the technology brain, the product enabler, and a trusted partner to the founding team.

Build systems that are not just India-ready, but also globally compliant ensuring our launch and scaling in Italy and the UAE are seamless. This means architecting infrastructure that adapts to multi-country regulations, payment ecosystems, and user needs.

What Youll Do:

• Define and drive FinEs long-term technology vision, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across all platforms education, investing, and neo-banking.
• Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of our tech stack, from AI-powered advisory tools to high-performance neo-banking systems.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver products that are robust, secure, and user-centric.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to ensure technology execution matches our strategic vision.
• Champion innovation by exploring and implementing emerging technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, and advanced data analytics in finance.
• Build and maintain best-practice DevOps, security, and compliance frameworks suitable for financial platforms.
• Lead technology partnerships with global fintech innovators, API providers, cloud platforms, and security specialists.
• Be a technology voice of FinE at major fintech summits, investor discussions, and international tech forums.
• Mentor engineering leaders and nurture a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
• Join the Visionary Board to co-drive strategic reviews, global product expansion plans, and mission-aligned pivots.
• Create scalable operational and product delivery systems that support our transition from MVP to exponential growth.
