Director - Product Architecture

You should be a Graduate in BE/BTech/MCA from a reputed University, with additional advantage if you hold a Masters degree. You must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in executing and implementing IT solutions, including at least 5 years as a Technical Architect/Product Architect. Your expertise should include a strong foundational knowledge in product/application design, architecture, and maturity. Your track record should demonstrate consistent performance in architecting and implementing front office technology solutions, especially in areas such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, or equivalent workforce/workflow solutions. Proficiency in SaaS integration, extensions, and working with custom components layered on SaaS systems is essential. You should be well-versed in frameworks such as SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, SQL, .Net, C#.net, Microsoft CRM SDK, JScript, jQuery, and Azure Services. Experience in architecting Digital platforms covering web-based solutions and mobile app solutions is required. You should also have expertise in integration frameworks and API management platforms, capable of designing loosely coupled, event-driven, or service-based architectures. Strong design and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with knowledge and experience in building effective solutions. In this role, you will need a good understanding of product and change management to drive the technology modernization agenda. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, collaborative skills, and the capacity to communicate effectively are necessary. A high level of personal integrity, professionalism in handling confidential matters, good judgment, and maturity are expected. You should exhibit a high degree of initiative, dependability, and the capability to work with minimal supervision. An analytical mind that can manage multiple information sources and provide concise views to senior management is a key requirement.
