Director of Product (Ai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end orchestration of AI/ML modules within our existing SaaS ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to define AI features and implementation plans.
• Design, test, and refine prompt flows, AI agents, or decision trees using LLMs or third-party AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Zapier AI).
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs and tools where necessary.
• Monitor and optimize performance of AI-driven modules, ensuring business outcomes are met.
• Stay on top of emerging AI trends and suggest experiments or enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• Solid understanding of AI orchestration tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI stack (OpenAI API, LangChain, RAG architecture, etc.)
• Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS-based product environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Exposure to AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
