Director of Verification

You will play a pivotal role in the development and validation of cutting-edge semiconductor designs at InCore as the Verification Lead. Leading a team of verification engineers, you will collaborate closely with design, architecture, and software teams to ensure successful verification of complex integrated circuits. This role demands a deep understanding of verification methodologies, hands-on experience in ASIC/FPGA verification, and strong leadership skills. As a Verification Lead at InCore, your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of verification engineers, developing comprehensive verification strategies, driving adoption of advanced methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing reusable verification components, conducting thorough functional and performance verification, managing verification schedules and resources, and staying updated on emerging technologies in semiconductor design and verification. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in ASIC/FPGA verification. Proficiency in verification methodologies such as UVM and System Verilog, experience with industry-standard EDA tools, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership experience are essential requirements for this role. Bonus skills that would be advantageous for this position include experience with core verification and micro-architecture verification, knowledge of RISC-V architecture and verification methodologies, familiarity with scripting languages like Python and Perl, and proficiency in GNU Toolchain.
