Job Description

This is a Permanent role with one of the Valued client of Talent Quotien t which is Nasdaq Listed Product Enterprise Experience: Over 18+ years in Software Engineering with a Product Development mindset. Leadership: Minimum of 8 years managing multiple software developer teams, including 4 years of managerial experience through subordinate managers. Track Record: Demonstrated success in overseeing the development of enterprise-grade software products with a focus on performance, scalability, and integration within extensive enterprise ecosystems. Industry Exposure: Background in global product software companies catering to enterprise clients (Fortune 100 companies). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or .Net technologies, along with experience in building and deploying high-performing graph-based applications in production environments. Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AI/ML technologies, particularly GenAI, is advantageous. Methodologies: Deep understanding and application of Agile/SCRUM/SAFe software development methodologies. B.E/B.Tech or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Responsibilities: • Technology: Experience of developing and deploying scalable, high performing cloud based products • Strategic thinking: You are positioning engineering teams to raise the bar year over year with specific measurable KPIs. • Build winning teams: Always looking to upskill current team members and improve outcomes on a regular basis. • Customer focus: Build a deep understanding of the market, customer and usage of our products to supersize value for our customers. • Strong Execution: Deliver to the product and technical roadmap. Able to influence, guide, champion and adopt technologies that will make the products scalable, resilient and high performing product. Be detail oriented and actively drive the architecture and design in collaboration with the team. • People: Mentor & grow Engineering Managers, Technical Managers and other team members.
