Director Generative AI

You will be the Director of Generative AI, leading the strategy, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. Your role involves driving innovation across business verticals, shaping the organization's GenAI roadmap, managing data science teams, and building partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners. Your responsibilities include defining and implementing the Generative AI strategy aligned with organizational goals, mentoring and leading cross-functional AI/ML teams, overseeing the architecture and development of scalable LLM and GenAI solutions, establishing best practices for MLOps/LLMOps, staying updated on cutting-edge advancements in LLMs, guiding data strategy and engineering, managing cloud-based ML platforms, ensuring responsible AI practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to thought leadership in AI communities. You should have advanced proficiency in Python, deep expertise in GenAI techniques and NLP, hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers, knowledge of cloud ML ecosystems, MLOps and LLMOps tools, mastery of Pandas, PySpark, and SQL, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a strong foundation in statistical modeling and analytical thinking. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred), 12+ years of experience in data science and machine learning with leadership roles, a track record of building and deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions at scale, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
