Director Finance Operation

You will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and intelligent user experiences across multiple platforms using a blend of traditional UX practices and AI tools. Your role will involve designing human-centered interfaces for products that incorporate AI-driven features while ensuring transparency, user control, and ethical data usage. You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage AI tools for accurate clinical data, as well as tools for rapid prototyping and iteration while maintaining design quality and consistency. Your goal will be to create experiences that adapt to user needs and preferences while contributing to a comprehensive design system. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Management, User Researchers, Customers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to design AI-augmented experiences that enhance product value - Design interfaces for AI-powered features including conversational UI, predictive elements, and personalization systems - Work closely with front-end engineers to translate interactive prototypes into functional working front-end code - Quickly communicate design ideas through sketching and wireframing - Create interactive prototypes demonstrating high-level workflow and specific UI interactions as needed - Follow established standards and existing design patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience, while defining new design patterns - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for design and AI - Provide advisement to internal teams on appropriate solution design and mentor other UX Designers Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related work experience - 4+ years of software design experience - Experience with Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory - Experience with Agile development is preferred but not mandatory - Experience with multimodal interfaces (voice, gesture, text) At Greenway, we strive to imagine, empower, engage, and inspire.
