Director Engineering/CTO

As the CTO (Director Engineering) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the engineering team to develop and execute the engineering strategy for all our SaaS solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the engineering strategy, including technology architecture, development stack, scalability, and security, while aligning with business needs and evolving product requirements. - Leading the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap with high speed and quality. - Driving innovation by exploring new technologies, conducting experiments, and evaluating POCs before adoption. - Implementing automation and best practices in code management, testing, and build & deployment processes. - Hands-on problem-solving for complex issues and initiatives. - Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to resolve technical challenges. - Establishing team metrics for measuring engineering and operational excellence and implementing processes for continuous improvement. - Sharing thought leadership with team members and acting as a mentor to the rest of the team. Key Skills Needed: - Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech from a tier 1 institute (IITs / NITs). - 10+ to 23 years of overall technical experience. - 5+ years of experience in a tech leadership role. - Experience in building B2C or B2B products with a mobile app. - Experience in AI / ML will be an added advantage.
