Director- Capital Markets

This role involves the responsibility of revenue generation from Real Estate Capital Markets transactions. Your key target will be end-to-end deal sourcing, closure, and ownership of the entire process. Your major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Achieving revenue targets for self Handling real estate transactions in NCR including Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and other locations Sourcing client mandates, securing and fee collection Business development of a new client base Providing effective capital solutions to clients and opportunities to investors with a strong knowledge advisory basis to pre-empt investments to forward-looking trends. To apply, you must have: Demonstrated deal closure ability with deal sheets to substantiate Experience in structured debt investment, project finance, real estate fund raising, land/building sales, investment banking, valuations, lending, and private equity Developer and landlord relationships with strong references Investor relationships and references Proficiency in NCR Real Estate regulations and Development Control Schemes.,
