Role Overview As Engineering Manager Interop, youll lead a team of software and data engineers focused on FHIR-based interoperability solutions. Youll drive technical excellence, mentor talent, and collaborate across global teams to deliver scalable healthcare data solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage software development teams (10+ members) Drive FHIR Interop projects and Center of Excellence initiatives Mentor engineers and ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards Collaborate on software architecture and cloud-native solutions Manage cross-regional teams (India, US, Nepal) Conduct performance reviews and career development planning Ensure secure handling of confidential healthcare data Technical Skills Required 7+ years in commercial software development 5+ years managing software teams 3+ years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) 2+ years with FHIR standards and APIs (e.g., AWS HealthLake, Firely) Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud architecture, MPP frameworks (e.g., Spark), and scalable distributed systems Experience with open-source tools and agile methodologies Bonus: Experience with Databricks, Snowflake Why Join Us?
