Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal supply chain flow. Forecast demand and inventory needs to minimize stock-outs and reduce excess inventory. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and third-party service providers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), cost savings, lead times, and inventory turnover. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and sustainability standards. Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals and support staff. Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS). Proven leadership and project management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with data analysis tools and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
