Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements Support the implementation of HR programs and policies Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonuses, etc.) Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides Coordinate with external partners like insurance vendors, background check vendors, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge of HR functions and best practices Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
