Key Responsibilities: Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality is maintained throughout. Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection and test records. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Implement and improve quality control procedures and practices. Prepare and analyze quality reports for management. Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and customer requirements. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. 13 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control role (entry-level acceptable for QC Inspector roles). Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, ISO 9001). Experience with inspection tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, hardness testers). Familiarity with documentation and quality management systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience with ERP or MES systems. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC). Certifications (e.g., CQI, CQT, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt). Working Conditions: Mostly factory/plant-based with regular interaction on the production floor. May require occasional overtime or weekend work based on production demands.
