Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Dipping Team Leader to spearhead our operations and enhance the efficiency of our production processes. This role is pivotal in driving team performance and ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve abnormalities in the dipping process, ensuring optimal performance.
• Implement process parameter changes during style or customer changes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Control Process Conditions (QCPC) to uphold product standards.
• Organize manpower and resources effectively to maximize machine operation and reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Coordinate with service departments to promptly address and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Plan and execute scheduled activities, adhering to timelines and production goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong technical understanding of dipping equipment and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data and implement improvement strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Solid knowledge of production planning and execution methodologies.
• Demonstrated competence in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with major customer bases and their specific requirements in the industry.
• Certification in a relevant technical field or a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient with data analysis tools and production management software.
