The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, managing travel and tourism operations, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and driving sales. The role requires coordination of tour schedules, preparation of tour itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise during the tours. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Qualifications Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism Strong Customer Service skills Proficiency in handling Reservations Sales experience and ability to drive revenue Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
