Role & responsibilities Perform field service visits for commercial vehicles (fault verification, basic troubleshooting, escalation). Support workshop operations : gate-in / gate-out process, inspections, and job-card preparation. Assist in preventive maintenance and vehicle diagnostics. Provide breakdown assistance & customer communication during service. Follow service processes, safety norms, and 5S practices. Participate in Ashok Leylands structured training programs. Preferred candidate profile Diploma (Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics) freshers and up to 3 years’ experience. Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical basics). Willing to work in field service and customer-facing roles. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge.
