We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in executing all types of finishing works including civil, interior, and architectural finishes. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling project timelines, mobilizing labour and materials, and delivering high-quality output within deadlines. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage all finishing work at the project site (flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, etc.). Plan and mobilize labour, materials, and resources as per project needs. Ensure timely execution with a strong focus on quality and detailing. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor site progress and report regularly to higher management. Resolve site issues and ensure adherence to safety and project specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in finishing works. Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills. Ability to manage labour teams and vendors effectively.
