Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Diploma holders in Electrical or Mechanical engineering to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and improving production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical or electrical faults.
Maintain quality checks on products and ensure compliance with specifications.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily production and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in
Electrical Engineering
/
Mechanical Engineering
from a recognized institution.
1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing / production / maintenance role

Skills & Competencies:

Basic knowledge of
mechanical systems
,
electrical circuits
, and industrial machinery.
Understanding of
preventive maintenance
and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
