Role: Senior Sourcing Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-SITE, *NO REMOTE*) We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior APAC ( Malaysia ) Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our internal team. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel the company’s growth and innovation. Your expertise in market analysis, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement will be key to building strong talent pipelines and supporting our organizational goals. *Responsibilities:* - Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand hiring requirements. - Analyze job descriptions to identify key skill sets and establish tailored talent pipelines. - Utilize talent intelligence platforms to evaluate talent markets, provide actionable hiring insights, and craft effective sourcing strategies. - Employ advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to identify high-quality talent pools. - Assist with visa processes, coordinate interviews, manage reminders, and oversee end-to-end onboarding and candidate closure with a focus on quality. - Develop innovative and authentic outreach strategies to engage targeted talent pools, while screening and assessing candidates’ skills and experiences. - Continuously refine sourcing methods based on feedback and analysis to ensure talent pipelines remain active and filled with qualified candidates. **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing and 1 year of minimum experience with APAC market is mandatory. - A natural curiosity and passion for finding top talent. - Strong understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle, particularly in sourcing and assessment methodologies. **Skills:** - Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, professional networks, and specialized sourcing technologies. - Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify talent trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement and relationship building. - Strategic thinking and the ability to design and execute successful sourcing strategies.
