Role & responsibilities Total years of Experience : 6.5 + Years Relevant to Experience :4.5 Years Notice : Immediate joiner only Work Mode: WFO We are seeking Salesforce Developers with at least 5+ years of experience with a strong background in designing scalable solutions and extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging Salesforces out-of-the-box features to deliver optimal business value while customizing solutions where necessary. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components , and Salesforce APIs. Provide innovative solutions by leveraging Salesforces declarative features such as Process Builder, Flow , Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Participate in solution architecture and design reviews to ensure best practices are followed. Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and provide documentation for developed components. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects. Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and bulkification. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Developer Certifications (Platform Developer I & II) preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, good to have Financial Services Cloud experience.
