Job Title: Banking BPO Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) Job Location: [Pune , Kharadi] Job Type: Full-Time / Rotational Shifts Industry: Banking / BPO Job Description: We are hiring for a voice process in the banking sector. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting customers with banking-related queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints related to banking services via phone calls. Provide information regarding account balances, transactions, loans, credit cards, etc. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, and general banking operations. Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary. Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM. Meet performance targets (call quality, handling time, customer satisfaction). Required Skills: Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages. Basic understanding of banking products and services. Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office. Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) with 1 year on paper experience or fresher Graduation Salary 15000 k in hand for fresher and for experienced person 20k ctc.
