Sourcing Specialist (Dry Fruits, Pulses & Spices)
Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Opposite Noida Electronic City Metro Station) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office Only) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹80,000/month (Based on experience & performance) Join: Immediate Joiner will be preferred Fluency: English /Hindi Fluency Travel: Up to 30% About Us: We are a leading wholesale supplier of dry fruits, pulses, and spices , catering to bulk buyers across India. Our focus is on quality sourcing, competitive pricing, and reliable supply chain management. Job Role & Responsibilities: Identify and source high-quality dry fruits, pulses, and masalas from trusted suppliers, farmers, and wholesale markets (mandis). Negotiate prices, terms, and bulk purchase agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and explore new sourcing channels. Ensure timely procurement, quality checks, and logistics coordination. Market research to stay updated on price trends, demand, and supply in the agro-commodity sector. Assist in inventory management and supply chain optimization. Requirements: Experience: Prior knowledge or work experience in the procurement/sourcing of dry fruits, pulses, or spices is preferred. Skills: Strong negotiation, market research, and vendor management skills. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with wholesale markets (e.g., Delhi’s Khari Baoli, APMC, or local mandis) is a plus. Education: Any graduate, but a background in agriculture, food technology, or supply chain is advantageous. Work Ethic: Willing to work on-site (6 days a week) in Noida. Why Join Us?
