Key Responsibilities: Courier Management: Register incoming and outgoing courier packages. Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery updates. Access Card & ID Card Coordination: Handle the printing and issuance of ID cards and access cards for employees. Maintain accurate records of distribution. Reception and Call Handling: Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary. Provide professional and courteous responses to inquiries. Visitor Coordination: Welcome and assist visitors. Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office protocols. Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and maintain data in Excel and other software tools. Generate reports as required. Office Support Tasks: Coordinate delivery and pickup tasks with office support staff. Monitor and ensure completion of delivery/pickup activities.
