As we expand our podcast and content ecosystem, we’re looking for someone who can seamlessly manage client communication, internal coordination, and project flow across both social media and podcast verticals . About the Role As a Client Servicing Executive , you’ll be the bridge between clients and our creative teams. You’ll translate ideas into actionable plans, oversee execution timelines, and ensure every campaign - whether it’s a social media rollout or a podcast collaboration - runs with precision. This role blends structure with creativity and calls for someone who can communicate clearly, manage expectations, and keep multiple projects moving forward smoothly. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients across both social media and podcast projects. Understand client goals and convert them into clear briefs and media plans. Create and share pitch decks , content calendars , and performance reports . Coordinate with internal teams - content, design, video, and podcast production to ensure timely delivery. Oversee client onboarding, invoicing, and exit coordination with the accounts team. Review creative deliverables before sending to clients to maintain alignment and quality. Track project performance and share insights to strengthen strategy and retention. What We’re Looking For 1 - 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in a digital or creative agency). Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and basic podcasting workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skilled in Google Slides / PowerPoint / Canva for media plans and decks. Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
