ML NLP Engineer - Pune - Immediate Opening Pune 3 - 5 years INR 4.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Title/Designation: Machine Learning Engineer - NLP Relevant Experience: 3-6 years Key Skills: Python, NLP, LLM, Prompt Engineering, Statistical modeling, Information Retrieval, Search (Solr/ Elastic Search), Training & Data Analysis, Speech & Video recognition. Qualification: BS/MS/BE/ ME/ B-Tech/ M-Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics or equivalent with programming experience. Location: Baner, Pune. Must-have Requirements: 1. Python mastery & familiarity with GPU, Docker, Linux, deployment of Python apps. 2. Strong Python tech stack in machine learning in NumPy, sci-kit-learn, pandas. 3. Experience in implementation, training & deployment of ML (Classification, regression, clustering Algorithms) and DL (CNN, RNN, LSTM) models - trade-offs & evaluations. 4. Experience with web development frameworks in python either Django or Flask. 5. Build NLP models for query classification and entity recognition to improve relevance. 6. Expertise in Text mining (probabilistic topic models, word association, mining, ontology learning, semantic similarity. 7. Information Retrieval, Text Processing & NLP techniques 8. Experience with Apache Solr, Keras, Tensorflow, OpenCV 9. Experience in LLM, RAG, Vector database, semantic search, word/ paragraph/ document embedding, ranking, etc 10. Experience in search relevance/ ranking, search personalization, spell correction, entity recognition. 11. Theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning techniques in high-dimensional spaces including linear models, kernels, ensembles, regularization, dimensionality reduction, data mining, and clustering. Knowledge Additional Competitive Skillsets: 1. Experience with Prompt Engineering 2. Strong Python tech stack in machine learning in distributed (PySpark ML, MLLib) 3.
