This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences across both in-person and virtual environments. As an Instructor at Career Level 9, you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum, and operations teams, and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating learning for global audiences and is able to adapt delivery to meet diverse learner needs and cultural contexts. Talent Development process Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for Written and verbal communication Bachelors degree Minimum 5-7+ years of experience facilitating adult learning in a professional setting (for CL10 this will be min 4+ years) Exposure to delivering training for global and culturally diverse audiences Subject matter knowledge and facilitation experience in one or more of the following areas: [e.g., leadership, communication, domain/functional skills, etc.] Critical Thinking Problem Management Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions using a range of interactive tools (e.g., Mentimeter, MURAL, digital whiteboards) Understanding of adult learning theory and techniques for reinforcing learning Familiarity with interpreting learner data and feedback to enhance delivery quality Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver structured, engaging instructor-led learning sessions (virtual and in-person) across geographies and time zones Apply adult learning principles and varied facilitation techniques to support knowledge retention, engagement, and transfer of learning Create inclusive learning environments that promote participation, psychological safety, and respect for diverse perspectives Monitor learner cues and adapt delivery in real time to enhance learning effectiveness Interpret feedback, attendance, and learning data to continuously improve facilitation approach and session quality Share insights with learning and content teams to help inform enhancements to program design and delivery Stay current with evolving delivery formats, tools, and facilitation practices Participate in peer reviews, calibration sessions, and knowledge sharing forums to maintain facilitation excellence Strong facilitation and communication skills across varied learner groups Adaptive, reflective, and learner-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively with learning teams while managing independent delivery responsibilities Awareness of cultural nuances and sensitivity when delivering to global audiences Show more Show less
