Collaboration with fellow engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders will be key to your success in solving complex technical problems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Conduct code reviews, promote code quality, and facilitate knowledge sharing. - Stay informed of industry technology trends and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence. - Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing for reliable software solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Swift & SwiftUI for modern iOS development. - Experience with iOS Architecture Patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture. - Proficient in Kotlin & Java for Android development and familiar with Android Architecture Components. - Familiarity with modern JavaScript Frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Bonus skills include knowledge of Python, LLM/Agentic AI, Salesforce, and AWS cloud. The purpose of your role as a Digital Technology Lead is to design, develop, and improve software to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. This role will be based in Pune. You are expected to advise, influence decision-making, and contribute to policy development. If you have leadership responsibilities, you will lead a team to deliver impactful work, set objectives, and coach employees. For individual contributors, you will guide team members through assignments, identify the need for specializations, and drive projects to meet outcomes. Additionally, you will consult on complex issues, mitigate risks, and collaborate with other business areas to support the organization's objectives.
