Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential exhibitors through event websites and industry directories 2. Build and maintain decision-maker database (marketing heads, event coordinators) 3. Draft personalized email sequences for exhibition services 4. Utilize email marketing tools/CRM to track and optimize outreach 5. Follow up with leads via email/WhatsApp to understand requirements 6. Schedule sales calls or site visits when needed 7. Collaborate with design team to prepare client proposals 8. Maintain accurate CRM records for sales handover 9. Track email engagement metrics (open/reply rates) 10. Report weekly on leads contacted and meetings scheduled Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience can work from 10:30 am - 6:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Gulf Standard Time) Salary: ₹ 2,20,000 - 7,40,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2025-06-22 23:59:59 Other perks: 5 days a week Skills required: Digital Marketing, Creative Writing and Email Marketing Other Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree 2.
