Digital Services - Engineering Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish project governance, RACI structures, reporting routines, decision forums, and delivery controls for global and regional initiatives.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate delivery, operational, technical, and organizational risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across business, engineering, technology, vendor, and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Lead solution and process implementation, deployment, migration, and transformation activities within IS&T and engineering environments.

Skills Required:

• 9 to 12 years of overall experience, including significant experience leading project delivery.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including at least 5 years managing complex technology or engineering projects.
• Strong experience in budget management, risk assessment, QCD governance, RACI definition, deliverable tracking, and timeline planning.
• Proven stakeholder management capability across senior business leaders, engineering functions, technology teams, and external partners.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, industry-standard project management practices, and global or regional delivery frameworks.

Good to Have:

• Experience with PLM, CAD, CATIA, and ENOVIA platforms or engineering technology environments.

Education:

• B.Tech, B.E., or B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree in an engineering or related discipline.
