We are Hiring: Digital Marketing Trainer

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer or in a related role within the digital marketing industry.
• Expertise in Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and paid advertising.
• Training Skills: Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to various learner levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
• Digital Tools Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in popular digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Presentation & Communication: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage and inspire students effectively.
• Teaching Approach: Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an interactive, practical, and easy-to-understand manner to ensure students grasp the core ideas.
• Outcome Analysis: Capability to assess and track training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes continuously.
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and integrate them into training sessions.
• Mentorship Skills: Strong ability to mentor and guide students, helping them develop real-world skills and confidence to excel in digital marketing careers.
