As a Digital Marketing Trainer at Alkemy EdTech, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive digital marketing training programs to individuals looking to build or enhance their digital marketing expertise. You will have the opportunity to work with learners of various backgrounds and skill levels, from beginners to experienced professionals, and guide them toward becoming proficient in digital marketing strategies and techniques. This role allows you to share your expertise and contribute to the growth of the next generation of digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update digital marketing courses and training materials that reflect industry best practices and evolving digital marketing trends.

Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive digital marketing training sessions, workshops, and tutorials both in-person and online.

Hands-On Learning: Provide practical, hands-on experience to learners through real-world digital marketing projects, campaign simulations, and exercises.

Individualized Coaching: Offer personalized guidance and support to learners, helping them understand complex digital marketing concepts and providing feedback on their campaigns.

Assessment and Feedback: Assess learners' progress through evaluations, quizzes, and real-world project reviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends to ensure that the training content remains relevant and effective.

Mentorship: Mentor learners in career development within the digital marketing field, including job search strategies, portfolio development, and interview preparation.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote training programs and attract new learners.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 9,939.90 - 40,628.14 per month
