Digital Marketing Team Leader

Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Leader (EdTech)

Experience: 2–4 Years (Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader)
Industry: EdTech (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare MIS/reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive productivity.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Digital Marketing TL experience, including 2+ years as a Team Leader in the EdTech industry.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance marketing.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and team handling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,116.88 - ₹40,124.79 per month
