Job Title: IT Executive (Digital Marketing & System Administration)

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and versatile *IT Executive* who can handle both *Digital Marketing activities* and *System Administration responsibilities*. The ideal candidate should be able to manage our online presence while also ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and post promotional content, creatives, reels, and ad campaigns

Handle SEO, Google My Business updates & website content

Run paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)

Analyze digital campaign performance and prepare reports

Work with design tools (Canva/Photoshop) to create marketing materials

Assist with email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

2. System Administration / IT Support*

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and software

Manage hardware troubleshooting and daily IT support for staff

Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, CCTV, and networking devices

Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security

Handle user account creation, email setup, and software licenses

Maintain IT inventory and vendor coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in IT support and digital marketing

Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS troubleshooting

Familiarity with social media marketing tools

Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Range
