Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in boosting the online presence and achieving digital marketing objectives of the company. Your expertise in leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand. - Conduct detailed keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. - Manage various digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails, social media, display advertising) to maintain brand consistency. - Create and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase website visibility. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing against ROI and KPIs. - Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and spending. - Track website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and provide improvement recommendations. - Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. - Brainstorm innovative growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives. - Plan, conduct, and measure experiments and conversion tests. - Work with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience. - Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. - Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SMO, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
