Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs): Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop integrated strategies to drive online traffic and lead generation Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics Monitor performance and continuously improve website rankings on search engines Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Ads Manage PPC campaigns and display advertising using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others Optimize ad performance based on CTR, CPC, and ROI metrics Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all relevant social platforms Analyze engagement data and adjust strategies accordingly Email Marketing & Automation Design and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign for lead nurturing Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc. using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest actionable insights Content Coordination Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand-consistent messaging Oversee content development for blogs, landing pages, and social media Website Management Work with developers to update and maintain website performance, UX, and content accuracy Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO-friendly architecture Market & Competitor Research Analyze competitor digital presence and market trends Identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation Collaboration & Communication Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external agencies Present digital strategies and results to stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools Excellent communication and project management skills Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,811.43 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
