Search Engine Optimization Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute a holistic SEO strategy technical, on-page, off-page, and content to maximize organic reach and quality traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and intent research using both traditional and AI-powered insights.
  • Optimize site architecture, UX flow, and content hierarchy to enhance discoverability and engagement.
  • Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, schema, and mobile performance.
  • Build and manage a robust backlink profile through digital PR and strategic partnership planning and execution
  • Stay ahead of evolving search trends AI Search (SGE), voice search, visual search, and zero-click results.
  • Partner with content, design, and technical to ensure SEO-first implementation across website
  • Experiment with emerging search formats (video, featured snippets, FAQs, structured data).
  • Drive a learning culture by sharing insights, experiments, and algorithm updates with internal teams.
  • Present growth reports and forward-looking strategies that link SEO impact to business outcomes.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Deep command of GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and keyword clustering tools.
  • Expertise in schema markup, technical audits, site architecture, and search intent mapping.
  • Ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable, high-impact plans.
  • Collaborative, agile, and results-oriented thrives on experimentation and measurable growth.

Performance Marketing Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and scale high-impact paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and relevant digital platforms.
  • Build a full-funnel performance strategy awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
  • Develop smart audience segmentation, lookalike targeting, and remarketing loops.
  • Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and optimization for efficiency and ROAS.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and conversion trends for sharp insights.
  • Lead creative experimentation ad formats, CTAs, landing pages, and messaging variants.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and CRM teams for cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Translate campaign data into strategic actions, scaling what works with precision.
  • Implement tracking infrastructure, UTM discipline, and conversion tagging accuracy.
  • Identify platform innovations and beta opportunities to keep campaigns cutting-edge.

Skills & Experience:

  • Expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tag Manager, GA4, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Strong analytical acumen with hands-on experience in CAC, LTV, and ROAS optimization.

  • Proactive in experimentation, testing hypotheses, and scaling proven frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align business, creative, and data goals.
