DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST 0-4 years Should possess advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search campaigns.Devise, implement, and deliver profitable PPC campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social advertising. To be an expert in growing high-quality followers and building engagement across social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc., Create and manage link-building and content marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a social media presence. Monitor, track, and report SEO activities including traffic, and ranking goals. Develop engaging online content including blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads; monitor and analyze content click-through rates. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Must plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. To identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels. To track and report the conversion rates - what worked, what didnt, and why Should utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Devise new ways of driving traffic to the company website/s and regularly maintain and update the user journey on the website as required. Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and budgets, and developing and revising ideas. Stay abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies when developing campaigns, and update current campaigns.
