Digital Marketing- SEO/CRM Analyst

You are an SEO & CRM Analyst responsible for driving search engine optimization and customer relationship management initiatives. Your main responsibilities include keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO improvements, performance tracking, CRM database management, customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to align SEO and CRM strategies with business goals, ensuring a data-driven approach to customer acquisition and retention. Your roles and responsibilities include developing and implementing SEO best practices, managing lead segmentation, analyzing SEO metrics and CRM data, conducting keyword research, implementing marketing automation, collaborating cross-functionally, monitoring trends and compliance. You should be proficient in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). The ideal candidate for this position is a data-driven SEO & CRM expert with at least 3 years of experience in technical SEO, content strategy, marketing automation, and customer relationship management.
