TCS is hiring for Digital Marketing Omni Experience
Role: Digital Marketing Omni Experience
Work location: Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Qualification: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.
Job Responsibility:
Support omni-channel experience by developing and executing content strategies for B2B and B2C channels,
ensuring consistency and engagement across all touchpoints.
1. Content Development & Execution
o Create and manage content for multiple channels including web, social media, email, and in-store.
o Adapt content for both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring relevance and brand alignment.
o Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality assets.
2. Omni-Channel Strategy Support
o Assist in implementing omni-channel content strategies to enhance customer experience.
o Ensure seamless integration of content across digital and physical platforms.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, reach).
o Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with category managers, ecommerce teams, and marketing leads.
o Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates.
