Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate digital marketers to join Allmax’d as part-time mentors, exclusively for in-person/offline sessions. In this role, you will guide students through digital marketing fundamentals, tools, and strategies through face-to-face sessions at designated locations in India.

Allmax’d provides comprehensive mentor training to ensure every mentor is well-prepared for engaging, structured, and effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily mentoring sessions (1–2 hours per day) in-person/offline as per assigned schedule.
• Deliver engaging sessions on topics including:
• SEO and SEM
• Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing and Content Strategy
• Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking
• Provide feedback, assessment, and guidance to students on live or simulated projects.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Allmax’d academic team regarding progress and attendance.
• Conduct all sessions in-person at assigned venues; remote and work-from-home formats are NOT available.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing tools, trends, and campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency, freelance, or in-house).
• Strong command of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to conduct offline, in-person sessions only.
• Ability to commit to 1–2 hours of mentoring daily.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience.
• Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot.
• Passion for education, upskilling, and mentoring students.
