Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a creative, analytical, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue through digital channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. ๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and bookings. Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube. Oversee SEO and SEM strategies, improving rankings and organic traffic. Plan and send targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Collaborate with design/content teams to produce high-converting landing pages and creatives. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools. Monitor and optimize daily budgets, bid strategies, and ROAS targets. Manage listings and promotions on deal platforms like Wowcher, Groupon, Travelzoo, etc. Stay on top of digital marketing trends and competitor strategies. Report on KPIs regularly to leadership. ๐Ÿง  Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, and Remarketing. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Proven experience with campaign analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Familiarity with booking funnels, voucher redemptions, or travel-related sales flows is a plus. Proficiency in marketing tools like: Google Analytics / GA4 Meta Business Suite Email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with a data-driven approach. ๐ŸŒŸ Nice to Have Experience with travel platforms (Wowcher, Groupon, Travelzoo, etc.) Knowledge of affiliate marketing or influencer collaboration.
