Digital Marketing Manager - Retail Luxury Company - Jaipur

As a Digital Marketing Manager for a retail luxury company in Jaipur, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and sell the brand's products. Your role will involve managing various channels such as social media networks, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver a compelling marketing message to our audience. Conducting market research, strategizing, and creating content for marketing campaigns to enhance their effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum of a Postgraduate/Masters degree in Media & Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Fashion Media Communication, along with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing. You will be tasked with designing, building, and enhancing the social media presence of the brand, as well as evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels with a deep understanding of consumer behavior on both national and international levels. Collaborating with agencies and vendor partners, planning and executing digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns will be crucial. You will also be responsible for providing accurate reports on the performance of marketing campaigns to showcase their effectiveness, measuring ROI, and optimizing spend based on insights and trends. The ideal candidate will possess a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, with demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Creativity, the ability to identify target audiences, and devise engaging and motivating digital campaigns are essential. Proficiency in website analytics and experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns will be advantageous. If you have 3 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, this role offers a salary ranging from 5 Lac to 12 Lac per annum.
