Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Location: 125/2, Taki Rd, Kalikapur, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700124 Experience Required: 4–7 years in digital marketing, preferably in travel & tourism Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel consumer behavior and experience in creating, optimizing, and managing digital campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for promoting travel packages, forex services, and holiday experiences. Plan and manage all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, display advertising, email marketing, and paid social media (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Optimize website traffic, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion rates through effective digital funnel strategies. Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and up to date with current offerings and blog content. Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee and coordinate content creation (blogs, banners, reels, videos) tailored for travel audiences. Manage online reputation including customer reviews and engagement on Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, etc. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to align digital marketing with business objectives and seasonal promotions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and tourism. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and ROI-focused campaigns. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube campaigns. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, and Mailchimp. Creative mindset with a focus on storytelling and visual branding. Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience in the travel & tourism industry will be a strong advantage. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
