About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Promote products, services, and content over social media, aligning with the organization's brand and social media strategy 2. Track data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns 3. Maintain knowledge of and interest in social media promotion methods 4. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills 5. Utilize photography and video editing experience 6. Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills 7. Multitask and manage several projects simultaneously 8. Oversee daily business operations by working closely with the proprietor and office staff 9. Actively participate in product innovation and conduct market research and analysis for new products 10. Recommend improvements to increase sales performance 11. Collaborate with management and the Digital Marketing department to discuss strategy and address workflow/communication issues 12. Manage budgets and report on financials 13. Source products, negotiate costs, and manage vendors 14. Monitor progress and production with vendors, ensuring task completion through follow-ups and problem-solving 15. Perform quality checks of products Qualifications: 1. Experience in Marketing Operations and Operations Management 2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics 3. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms 4. Excellent project management and organizational skills 5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities 6.
